Jitab Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of the jitab platform. By registering on jitab, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to comply with them.

Jitab is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. All services on this platform are intended for entertainment purposes, and all users are encouraged to participate responsibly.

Users located in any country or jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use jitab. It is each user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on jitab. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details you provide at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Jitab may request additional documents for identity verification at any time after registration. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence is generally accepted. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• Providing false information during registration will result in account termination.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• If multiple family members share the same device, please notify Support in advance.
• Sharing your account password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

You can deposit at jitab via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All deposits are processed securely through SSL-encrypted channels.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Funds are usually credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Jitab only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned, and repeated transactions of this kind may trigger an account review.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Once verified, all future withdrawals will be processed faster. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority processing. Processing times may be slightly longer on weekends and public holidays.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Funds earned through an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met — however, your original deposit remains available for withdrawal at any time.

Once a bet is placed on jitab, it is considered final. Bets placed due to user error are non-refundable. However, jitab may void a bet in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed at erroneous or clearly incorrect odds.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds after an event has started.
• Bets completed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Where there is evidence of coordinated match manipulation.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds applicable at the exact moment the bet is placed are final — prior odds cannot be reinstated, even with a screenshot or other evidence. For pre-match bets, different rules may apply once the match has kicked off.

If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are settled in accordance with jitab's established policy. Generally, if a match is 90% or more complete, the result will count; otherwise, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.

Jitab offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to its own individual terms and conditions. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period expires.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the one claimed first will generally be used first.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• If bonuses are claimed across multiple accounts sharing the same holder, IP address, or device, all bonuses will be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitab. jitab reserves the right to permanently close any account found in violation and forfeit all associated balances:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Match-fixing — such as placing bets on opposing outcomes in the same match from multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or betting with prior knowledge of a match's outcome.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards jitab staff.

Jitab's system monitors all activity around the clock. If any unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Jitab believes betting is great entertainment, but it should never have a negative impact on anyone's life. To support our members, we have put in place several important responsible gaming measures:

• Daily Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily deposit limit to control how much you add to your account each day.
• Weekly Loss Limit: If losses exceed a set amount in a given week, betting will be automatically restricted.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a self-imposed break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You also have the option to permanently deactivate your account.

• Evidence of the account holder being underage.
• By order of a regulatory authority or for legal reasons.

If your account is closed, your deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, all balances may be forfeited.

Jitab treats the protection of user personal data with the utmost seriousness. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and customer support purposes.
